Who we are

Gestaldt Consulting Group is a management consulting company that partners with leaders and organisations across industries to solve critical issues, create value, maximise growth and improve performance. Tapping into our vast business expertise, we also empower organisations to develop any specialist skills that might be lacking.

We identify options for leaders and organisations, suggest recommendations for change and growth, as well as advising on additional resources to help implement solutions. Problem solving is what our consultants exist to do.

What you'll do

You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future, be that at Gestaldt or beyond. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge. 

We accept online applications from exceptional business schools, engineering, science, law, and humanities students who are nearing completion of their undergraduate or graduate studies.  Like our full-time staff, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on projects that reshape business, government, and society. Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites.
