Highlighting the importance of team building for productivity and collaboration was enlightening. What strategies can organizations implement to integrate team-building efforts into their workflow effectively?

Hi, Greg, that is a seriously complex question. Honestly, it is difficult to integrate team-building efforts into workflows because they (workflows) will change as organisations discover better ways of doing things or if they introduce new tools. For example, a customer support workflow may change based on the feedback received from clients, therefore, there will be a need to update the process. Does that mean another "team-building" for the customer support team? When it comes to team-building, it is advisable to marry the activities into the behaviours you would like to influence or the culture you would like to create. It becomes too complicated if team-building efforts are streamlined with processes and systems (workflows).
